1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and documentation included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required when initiating a return or exchange.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Sale items or discounted products
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Gift cards
    • Opened or used home textiles (such as bedding, pillows, and towels)

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email info@glamsonali.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
2️⃣ Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
3️⃣ Return Shipment: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and return them to the address provided in the return instructions.
4️⃣ Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them. If the items meet the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  • Replacement Items: Indicate your desired exchange item(s) when requesting the return. If the item is in stock, we will send you the replacement item(s) once we receive the returned items.
  • Out of Stock: If the exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@glamsonali.com.
  • Proof of Damage: Please include clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
  • Return Shipping: For defective or damaged items, GLAMSONALI will cover return shipping costs.

6. International Returns

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply upon delivery.
  • Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Delivery Delays: International returns may experience delays due to customs processing.

7. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Opened or used home textiles (such as pillows, towels, or bedding)
